Lupoxa is a medication that is still being studied and is manufactured by Lupin.  It reduces inflammation in the tissues and can help heal some lessions.  Its method is not typical and so it is still being studied.  However, those with arthritis and other inflammatory diseases may find relief with this drug, especially if other medications are not working.  The actual name of the drug is oxaceprol.  Here is an article with some information on this topic:

http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/11480608

This drugs tends to be manufactured in India, but is sold the world over.
